I had the honor and pleasure of working with Phil for many years while at Cleveland Metroparks. He was a gentleman, craftsman and a good man. I remember him fondly.

Phil was our Cappicolian Empire, Chairman. A strong, proud, faithful and loving Gentleman. He provided wisdom and guidance and was a teacher in all that he did. He will be greatly missed but his legacy will live on. We are a better people and this is a better world because of Phil and what he believed in and the way he conducted his life. An example to us all. Please watch over us Galliccho Phil! Vivat Jesus! Pat Foster, Basil Boboli.

I was over Mr. Sinisgallis house many times when I was younger. Steve was my classmate and we had a lot of fun over his house and I was always treated like royalty. They always fed me greeted me and you're always smiling. Mr. Sinisgalli is one of the best men to ever walk this earth. Heaven must've needed another angel. Rest in peace I love you with all my heart Tony Sapanaro.

My memories of the Sinisgalli family as our dear neighbors of so many years are all cherished. Phil and Carmella were loved by all - my parents adored them. My deepest sympathy to Carmella, Steve, and to the entire family.
