Vince & Family, Was so sorry to hear this. With all the years and miles between us, some people are just unforgettable. Lucy is one. She was always torn in a million directions , but with a smile and not much complaint. She had a heart of gold & I've often thought of her and regret not keeping in closer touch. May the good Lord bless you all, as you try to deal with the loss. Thinking & praying for your family. Brings to mind something Dante would say, "Long days, short years." How true.

To the Del prete family, May the special memories be forever remembered and shared, this in and of itself is the healing process. I am so very pleased to have known her, through Timia whenever we saw each other in a store she would always smile that beautiful smile, and take the time to talk. She is now part of the Flower Garden our Heavenly Father prepared for all those that believe. Thank you for introducing us Timia
, take care Love Girlena

Dear Del Prete Family,

I just wanted to take the time to extend my deepest sympathies for zia Lucia's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. In times like these, I know it's so very difficult to process everything you're all feeling. All I can say is lean on each other for support in this time of grief. May she rest in peace & the memories you have of her continue to be cherished. My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

I hold only wonderful memories of zia in my heart. I remember the last time I came to Ohio & I told her that I loved the way her candle smelled. She in turn gave me that candle. I still have it & think of her when I see it. She had a heart of gold. I hope she's laughing it up in heaven with Nonno Benito.

I love you all.

Kind regards,

You were like a second "Nonna" to my twins as they were growing up. They enjoyed you sitting on the porch watching them play, scream from across the street, wave and laugh, but especially yelling at them to be careful and not to run in the street. Any time I was having a bad day I could walk across the street or pick up the phone and you dropped what you were doing and picked my spirits right up, and vice versa. We were each other's shoulder to lean on often. I will cherish our talks over a cup of espresso and Italian Biscotti.

Rest in peace now until we meet again !!
